Meet the Team Behind Your Territory
Local Expertise. Industry Experience. Relationships That Matter.
In the pool and spa industry, having the right products matters. Having the right people behind those products matters just as much.
At Reeder & Vermaat, our manufacturer representatives do more than cover a territory. They build relationships, understand the businesses they serve, provide product expertise, connect customers with resources, and help manufacturers, distributors, builders, retailers and service professionals grow.
Founded in 1977, Reeder & Vermaat has built its reputation on integrity, expertise and long-term relationships. Today, that same approach extends across the Midwest, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic through one experienced team of pool, spa and outdoor living manufacturer representatives.
Local Representation Makes a Difference
Every market is different. Products that perform well nationwide may face different seasonal demands than those sold in the Midwest or Northeast. Distributor relationships and building practices vary. Even the length and rhythm of the pool season change from one territory to the next. That’s why Reeder & Vermaat believes in knowledgeable representatives who understand the market they serve. Our reps work directly with customers across their territories, providing product guidance, sales support, training, new product introductions, and help with the day-to-day challenges of running a successful pool and spa business. The goal is simple: be a dependable resource our partners know they can call.
Meet Our Midwest Team
Reeder & Vermaat’s Midwest team brings together decades of experience across the pool industry, including distribution, manufacturing, sales, business development, construction, service and retail.
Leading the team as President is Jim Assemany, who grew up in the pool industry and brings more than four decades of experience spanning construction, service, retail, purchasing, distribution, manufacturing and sales.
Sam Coleman began his career in the pool industry at a young age before moving into distribution and business development. Tim Breuning built his career through inside sales, branch leadership and territory management, while Dane Hudlik brings extensive experience in strategic sales, regional management, corporate accounts and OEM partnerships.
Rounding out the Midwest sales team are Allen Lamacz, whose background includes multi-state territory management and regional sales leadership, and Hayden Stinnett, who brings experience working with builders, service companies and retailers through both distribution and manufacturer sales roles. The team’s newest addition, Adam Hudson, joined Reeder & Vermaat this past summer.
Together, the Midwest team serves customers across a broad network of states and markets, providing the local support, industry knowledge and manufacturer expertise Reeder & Vermaat customers have relied on for decades.

Growing Our Team Across the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic
Reeder & Vermaat’s reach now extends well beyond the Midwest.
The team formerly operating as AquaQuest is now part of the Reeder & Vermaat family, bringing established customer relationships and regional expertise throughout the Northeast, New England and Mid-Atlantic. While the name is evolving, the people, product knowledge and commitment to customers remain at the center of the business.
The Northeast and Mid-Atlantic team includes Shane Fox, Amy Brungart, Justin Hudor and Matt Young, providing representation throughout markets including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Maine. The team combines territory management, industry sales, customer support and pool market experience with a strong local presence throughout the region.

More Than Manufacturer Representatives
A great manufacturer representative should be more than someone who stops by with a catalog.
Our team works to become an extension of the manufacturers we represent and a resource for the customers we serve. That means knowing the products, understanding the application and being available when questions arise.
Whether a customer needs help identifying the right product for a project, wants to learn more about a new manufacturer line, needs product training or is looking for opportunities to grow a particular category, their Reeder & Vermaat representative is there to help.
It’s a hands-on, relationship-first approach that has been part of Reeder & Vermaat since the company was founded nearly five decades ago.
One Team. Two Regions. One Commitment.
The Reeder & Vermaat team may cover a lot of ground, but our approach remains personal.
Across the Midwest, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, our customers work with professionals who know their market, understand the pool and spa industry and recognize that strong partnerships are built over time.
Because ultimately, manufacturer representation isn’t just about connecting products with customers.
It’s about connecting people with the products, knowledge and support they need to build stronger businesses.
