PAT MCNAMARA

Pat is a true industry veteran whose career spans decades of dedication, relationship-building, and sales excellence. After beginning his career with Cantar, he joined Reeder & Vermaat in 1985 and has remained a cornerstone of the team ever since. Over the years, Pat has built countless lifelong business relationships and earned a reputation as a knowledgeable, technically skilled, and highly motivated sales professional.

Throughout his career, Pat has received numerous sales awards and recognitions from leading manufacturers, a testament to his consistency, expertise, and commitment to delivering results for his partners.

A graduate of Northwestern University, Pat was a wide receiver for the Wildcats and also competed in track. Today, when he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his three grown children, and two grandsons. He also has a passion for cycling, golf, and travel.

JIM ASSEMANY

Jim Assemany brings more than four decades of experience in the pool industry to Reeder & Vermaat’s sales team. His foundation was built working alongside his family, recognized as the oldest original custom pool builders in Michigan. There, he developed hands-on expertise in construction, service, and retail sales—learning the business from the ground up.

He later expanded his industry knowledge in purchasing and regional sales roles, where he successfully built and strengthened relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and dealers across multiple territories. His experience in pool and spa distribution further broadened his operational insight, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the product and the people behind it.

Each chapter of Jim’s career has shaped him into the knowledgeable, relationship-driven, and trusted sales professional he is today. Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their four children. When he gets the chance, you’ll likely find him fly-fishing or cycling.

SAM COLEMAN

Sam has deep roots in the swimming pool industry, having started his career at a young age in his hometown of Massillon, Ohio. What began as stocking shelves at a local pool and home heating store quickly evolved into hands-on experience in chemical testing and sales throughout high school and college.

He went on to dual major in Sales Management and eMarketing & Advertising at the University of Akron, combining practical industry knowledge with formal sales and marketing education. After graduation, Sam continued building his career with PoolCorp, where he gained experience in customer service, completed a Manager-in-Training program, and later served in a Business Development role supporting dealer growth and strengthening partnerships throughout his territory.

Sam brings a strong work ethic, industry knowledge, and relationship-first mindset to Reeder & Vermaat. He resides in Liberty Township with his wife and their two children.

TIM BREUNING

Tim brings extensive industry experience and leadership to Reeder & Vermaat. He began his career with PoolCorp in inside sales, steadily advancing through business development and branch leadership roles. His hands-on experience at the branch level gave him a deep understanding of operations, dealer relationships, and day-to-day customer needs.

He later transitioned into a Territory Sales Manager role with Zodiac Pool Systems, where he was recognized for his sales excellence and consistent performance. Tim’s career reflects a commitment to growth, accountability, and building strong partnerships across every level of the industry.

A graduate of Quincy University with a degree in business, Tim was also a member of the university’s baseball team, earning all-conference honors. Outside of work, he and his wife, Julie, stay busy with their four children. An avid runner, Tim has completed multiple half marathons and enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.

DANE HUDLIK

Dane joined the Reeder-Vermaat team with extensive sales experience and a proven track record of building meaningful, results-driven partnerships. He began his career with Ecolab, selling cleaning and sanitation solutions across the foodservice, healthcare, hospitality, facilities, and retail sectors. Through Territory Manager and Sales Development Manager roles, he consistently delivered strong performance and earned recognition for driving growth.

He later transitioned into the pool industry with King Technology, where he served as Regional Sales Manager before advancing to Senior National Account Manager. In that role, Dane managed Corporate Accounts and OEM business, contributing to record-setting sales growth and strengthening strategic partnerships nationwide.

Dane’s servant-leader mindset and customer-first approach define his success. He believes in creating win-win relationships built on trust, accountability, and long-term value — a philosophy that has earned him awards, accolades, and consistent results throughout his career.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota and a lifelong Minnesota sports fan, Dane enjoys coaching and following sports, running, fishing, and spending time with his wife and four young boys.

ALLEN LAMACZ

Allen brings deep industry experience and seasoned leadership to Reeder & Vermaat. Over the course of his career, he built a strong foundation in territory sales before advancing into regional leadership, overseeing multi-state operations and guiding sales teams throughout the Midwest. His experience managing large territories and developing high-performing teams has shaped him into a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader.

Known for his steady leadership style and commitment to customer success, Allen understands both the day-to-day needs of dealers and the broader strategies required to drive regional growth.

Allen attended Westmoreland Community College and, outside of work, channels his passion for music as an active member of a nationally touring band.

HAYDEN STINNETT

Hayden joined Reeder & Vermaat bringing a competitive edge and team-first mentality shaped by his experience as a collegiate football player. A graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a degree in Sport Management, he combines discipline, leadership, and relationship-building skills in his approach to sales.

During his time in college, Hayden developed strong customer service and industry knowledge while working with Emsco Distributors, supporting builders, service companies, and retailers. He later expanded his experience as a District Sales Manager with Natural Chemistry, where he strengthened dealer partnerships and drove territory growth.

Hayden is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering value to his customers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 1 yr old son, staying active, and following sports.
