Over the course of his career, he built a strong foundation in territory sales before advancing into regional leadership, overseeing multi-state operations and guiding sales teams throughout the Midwest. His experience managing large territories and developing high-performing teams has shaped him into a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader.

Known for his steady leadership style and commitment to customer success, Allen understands both the day-to-day needs of dealers and the broader strategies required to drive regional growth.

Allen attended Westmoreland Community College and, outside of work, channels his passion for music as an active member of a nationally touring band.
