Pacific Echo is the industry leader in flexible PVC hose for swimming pools and spas, both in volume and experience. Founded in the early 1970s in Torrance, California, the family-run company set out to offer a lighter-weight, lower-cost alternative to heavy rubber hose — and helped develop the first IAPMO approval criteria for the flexible pool-hose category it pioneered.

Manufacturing under the SPIRALITE® brand, Pacific Echo produces flexible hose and tubing for pool and spa plumbing, ponds and landscaping, and industrial and agricultural uses. ISO 9001 certified and one of the largest PVC hose manufacturers in the USA, the company makes all of its products from virgin, non-toxic resins for dependable, code-compliant performance.
