FeherGuard Products is credited with designing and building the first solar cover reel in the pool industry, and remains a leading manufacturer of pool cover reel systems today. Established in 1977 by creator Wayne Guard and headquartered in Milton, Ontario, Canada, FeherGuard became part of the Midwest Canvas Corporation family of companies in 2007 and markets itself as North American made.

FeherGuard produces in-ground and above-ground reel systems, tube sets, parts, and accessories distributed through pool-specific distributors across North America, Europe, and Australia. Its sibling brands — including Horizon Ventures and Pool Boy — round out a broad cover-handling and accessory lineup trusted by pool professionals.
