Reeder & Vermaat was founded in 1977 by Charlie Reeder and Bill Vermaat with a clear vision: to build a manufacturers’ representative company grounded in integrity, expertise, and genuine partnership.
A Story of Resilience
In the company’s first year, Charlie was diagnosed with cancer and sadly passed away. Bill carried their shared vision forward, spending countless weeks on the road and building the strong foundation that would shape the company for decades to come.
