Pat McNamara is a 39-year industry veteran and has been a member of Reeder & Vermaat since 1985. He joined R & V after spending his first three years in the industry working for Cantar. Not only has Pat developed many lifelong business relationships, but he is also a very successful, technical, and motivated salesman. He has earned many sales awards throughout his career from manufacturers including Zodiac, GAME, and GLI. Pat is a graduate from Northwestern, where he played Wide receiver for the Wildcats and ran track. These days his time not working is split between his wife Barb, three grown kids, two grandsons, and his love for cycling, golf, and travel.

Jim Assemany joined Reeder & Vermaat’s sales team in February 2006. He comes to R&V with an extensive and varied experience in the pool industry. The roots of his 39 years of experience in the business began while working for his family, the oldest original custom pool builders in Michigan. With his family’s business, he developed and honed his skills in construction, service, and retail sales. In 1997, Jim accepted a position as a purchasing agent with Imperial Pools in Latham, New York. After three years, Jim was promoted to regional sales manager for the Midwest region. He was very successful, building lasting relationships with dealers and distributors that he continues to maintain and value. Jim diversified his experience in 2003 by joining Drayton Pool and Spa Supply, Inc. and handling many of the day-to-day responsibilities of distribution and its sales. Each of these experiences has contributed to the professional, knowledgeable, and devoted sales person that Jim is today. When not working, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their four young children. He also enjoys fly-fishing and cycling.
Sam has been with Reeder & Vermaat since September of 2019. He’s been in the swimming pool industry since he was 15. His first job was stocking shelves at a small swimming pool and home heating store called Comfortec, Inc, in his hometown of Massillon, Ohio. He eventually worked his way into chemical testing and sales through high school and college, where he dual majored in Sales Management and eMarking & Advertising at the University of Akron. After college, he got married and moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, where he started with PoolCorp as a Customer Service Representative. Sam worked in Raleigh for nearly 2 years, going through PoolCorp’s Manager-in-Training program. He was then hired and spent the next 7 years as the Business Development Representative for PoolCorp in Cincinnati, OH. Sam and his wife, Michelle, reside in Liberty Township, just north of Cincinnati with their 2 kids Emma and Alex.
Tim brings 18 years of industry experience to Reeder & Vermaat. He started with PoolCorp as an inside sales/counter position at SCP St. Louis. Over the next 12 years he worked his way over to SCP Collinsville and spent time at the BDR position and for his last few years was the branch manager. For the next 5 years, he was a territory sales manager for Zodiac Pool Systems. In 2016, he received the Circle of Champion award for Sales Excellence. Tim graduated from Quincy University with a business degree and was a member of the baseball team receiving all-conference honors in 2002. Tim and his wife Julie have 4 children that keep them busy. In what free time they do have Tim has finished 11 half marathons. He and his wife also enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and family.
Dane joined the Reeder-Vermaat team team in January 2022 and has over 14 years of sales experience. His sales career started with Ecolab selling cleaning and sanitation chemicals to the foodservice, facilities, healthcare, hospitality, and retail segments. After having success in Territory Manager and Sales Development Manager roles, he was recruited to work at King Technology as a Regional Sales Manager, and entered the industry in 2016. Most recently he was promoted to Senior National Account Manager, managing the Corporate Account and OEM business for King Technology.
Danes servant leader mindset and customer first approach, allows him to build strong relationships and create win/win partnerships. This has allowed him to have success in every step of his career winning awards, accolades, and contributing to record sales growth.
Dane graduated from the University of Minnesota and is a lifelong Minnesota sports fan. While not at work, he enjoys coaching/following sports, running, fishing, and spending time with his wife and four young boys.
Allen brings 22 years of industry experience to Reeder & Vermaat. Allen was with Fluidra for 21 years of his career. He started with them as a Territory Sales Manager and held that position for eleven years. Allen was then promoted by Fluidra to Regional Sales Manager and managed fourteen states and the entire Midwest Sales Team with them for another ten years. Allen attended Westmoreland Community College and is an active band member in a national touring band.
Hayden joined Reeder & Vermaat in May of 2023. As a former collegiate football player, he brings his competitive edge and team first approach to his sales position. He graduated in 2019 from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, OH with a Sport Management degree. During his time in college, he mastered his customer service skills in his position with Emsco Distributors by providing the utmost cares to surrounding builders, service companies and retailers. After Graduating, Hayden married his wife, Nalini, and moved to Grand Rapids to work for Natural Chemistry as District Sales Manager. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and watching sports.
